Tina Phillips: Sales Development Specialist
As a Trainer and Coach for Trustpoint Management Group, Sandler Training, Tina uses her passion for growing others as she guides companies and individuals in reaching their goals. She specializes in working with sales leaders who are seeking a systematic approach for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business. She also works with companies who need direction in hiring and managing “A players” and developing strong teams.
Prior to joining Trustpoint, Tina invested 20 years in the manufacturing space in the roles of marketing, sales, and sales management, with the tools learned within Sandler Tina worked with both her inside and outside sales teams to develop a consistent, repeatable sales process that resulted in a 50% sales growth in 24 months.
In her spare time Tina enjoys international travel, hiking with her shih tzu Maggie, and spending time with friends and family.
