About the Speaker
Rose has been working professionally within the beauty industry for the last 5 years and continues to evolve as a behind the chair stylist and educator for Wella Professionals. She has a real passion for sharing knowledge with her clients and inspiring other stylists to live and work creatively.
A three-time participant in Wella’s Trend Vision competition Rose continues to expand her creative color portfolio through competitive work. She has also competed in the Sebastian What’s Next Awards in 2011 (Student Finalist attending Competition in Berlin, Germany), 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016 (First Place in Regional Affiliated Artist Category, and Semi – Finalist in Nationals).
Rose’s professional consultations are focused on understanding each client’s concerns and ‘style wish list’. Working with her client, she loves to teach her how to maintain her new color with ideal products and how to easily re-create her ‘in salon’ style at home.
The Stylist is forever a student! Rose can expertly offer updated style and product suggestions as she takes seminars at the Wella Professional Studios in Los Angeles and receives semi-annual trainings as a Brand Educator for Wella, Sebastian, and Nioxin.
Cynthia has been working professionally within the beauty industry for the last 5 years as a personal hair stylist and a Wella Professionals portfolio educator. She also enjoys working behind the scenes for major hair shows and New York Fashion week.
Amongst her clients, Cynthia is known for creating signature styles using the right products and cocktails. As an industry competitor, she has competed in the Sebastian What’s Next Awards in 2011 (Student Finalist attending Competition in Berlin, Germany), 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016 semi-finalist. A four-time participant in Wella’s Trend Vision competition and mentor to the Ogle School students for 2016 Cynthia continues to push the boundaries of her creativity.
